Had a pleasant overnight time. It was reasonably clean, staff was lovely friendly and efficient. The location was perfect and excellent, very close to beach and shops as well as the seafront, in a very comfortable area. Btw, a modest community park was placed 

The staff here were amazing, very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a fantastic central location right on the seafront.

The breakfast here is delightful, the staff are wonderful, the location is superb being near the beach and shops, and it's conveniently close to Y Restaurant for dinner.

Big size and budget room with a brilliant view over the mountain. A lounge area and coffee — very useful. Wonderful, magnificent location close to the promenade, all the attractions of lladudno and short drives away from the scenic 

The hotel has a cozy and clean atmosphere, situated in a comfortable building with a fantastic sea view. I was pleased with my twin room – it was affordable and spacious. The variety of meals they offer is great, and 

Had a delightful stay during our xmas. Booked this fabulous hotel because of its great and fab location near local highlights, the main promenade and the centre of Llandudno, the prom & the beach.- It was 5 mins walk from North 

The location is great, just a short walk to the promenade and town center, and there's a nice café nearby too.

The modern room was airy and had a bath. The hotel's location was excellent, close to a shopping center, the main artery, attractions, and the town center.- You could also visit the Promenade.

The staff here are really friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. It's great knowing there are smoke detectors for safety. Plus, they have on-site parking. 

The rooms here are neat and tidy, with comfortable beds and TVs, and the freshly prepared breakfast is enjoyable.

The room was well-kept, had a great view, and a good shower.

The breakfast was tasty with chips and fruit juice, as an example, you will not be disappointed. The location of the property was great and lovely, right on the promenade and very central for everything. 

The Shelbourne is a clean and ideal place with extremely great and polite staff. The location is incredible, amazing, and near the town centre, pubs, restaurants, and the seafront.

Great breakfast options including tasty food and a good portion of chips. The rooms are spacious and affordable, with a nice shower and a comfy bedroom. 🍳

I booked a twin room with a bath and the food selection was excellent - thoroughly enjoyed it.
